Rosh Hashana  Day 1

Celebrate the birthday of the world in nature! Connect with the autumnal changes in the natural world as we celebrate the ongoing creation of the world and work to change ourselves.

All of the walks and services on the first day of Rosh HaShanah will be held at an outdoor location on the Framingham / Sudbury line. The outdoor location has outhouses in good condition and potable water. Details will be in the confirmation email after registration.

If you are coming to the walks on the first day of Rosh Hashanah, we invite you to bring flowers from your garden for our bouquets.

If the weather is sufficiently inclement, we will meet at a nearby location with both indoor and outdoor options. Anyone who is registered will be notified if the location needs to be changed.

Change Themed Nature Walks, 9:30-11:00

The word Shana, as in Rosh Hashana ~ the New Year, has the same root as the word Shinui, which means Change. On our walks, we will look for signs of Changes that happen in Nature. Recognizing that our growth and transformation comes out of our brokenness, we will also share Changes that have happened for us over the course of this past year and explore Changes we hope to make in the coming year. Choose the walk that fits you best. Walk groups are limited to 20.
